GAMS Proposal Submission Steps

1. Complete GAMS Proposal Pre-Routing Checklist
   (See Pre-Routing Flowchart)
   
2. Obtain electronic approvals based on pre-routing checklist
   
3. Enter proposal into GAMS
   
4. Attach electronic pre-routing approvals to your GAMS proposal
   
5. Submit the proposal for electronic routing and signature
   (See Routing Flowchart)
   
6. Print forms and send proposal to Sponsor
